With over 27 years of leadership, consulting, and government/military experience; Rodney has used his passion and diverse experience to inspire individuals and teams to focus on individual and organizational health to create dynamic cultures that transform people and performance.
Over the years as a human capital, leadership, and professional development expert, Rodney provides candid, practical advice about strategy, leadership, and overall individual and organizational development to quickly and effectively assess and develop plans for success. His experience is diverse and covers a broad range of government, military, stateside, and international experiences.
We are changing the world one heart at a time. 1012 Solutions® was created out of a desire to make the world a better place. We didn’t just set out to focus on professional development solutions. Our hope is that through our products and services, we can give back and help those less fortunate.

Dr Sarah Mills

As chief consultant, Sarah specializes in leading teams through the Design Sprint Process to identify solutions to difficult challenges. As a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Four Lenses practitioner, she has helped numerous individuals and teams maximize their potentional through self-awareness and appreciation of team talents and abilities.
Utilizing her Project Management Institute Agile (PMI-ACP) certification, Sarah has led projects for military, government, and private organizations ranging in size of 150 to over 5,000 team members.
Sarah received her doctorate in Business Administration at Capella University in 2019. She received her Master of Arts in Education and Instruction and Curriculum from the University of Phoenix. Sarah served in the United States Air Force from January 2001 – October 2008.
